JAZZBERRY SHIPPING POLICY

 

We offer fast and reliable shipping to get your Jazzberry products to you quickly. Shipping costs may vary depending on your location and the size of your order. You'll see the exact shipping cost at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We sometimes run special promotions with discounted or free shipping, so keep an eye out for those!

 

1.      How does the delivery process work?

 

·         Once your order is placed from Jazzberry Website (Online Store), Jazzberry App or from any link or BerryTunes YouTube shopping program or any landing page that is officially owned by Jazzberry, our system processes it, and your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in the best condition.

 

·         Then the products are packed neatly to protect them from damage and are handed over to the trusted delivery partner.  

 

·         The delivery partner brings the package to the customer as soon as possible. If they are unable to reach your provided address for any reason, they will contact you to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

 

2.      Where does Jazzberry ship its products?

 

·         Jazzberry ships all its products in Pan India

 

 

3.      My order has been shipped. How can I track it? 

 

·         A confirmation message will come on the registered mobile number and the registered email after you have placed the order. After that, you can check or track the shipping status through the "Track" button in the "My Orders" section.  Your shipping and delivery updates can also be received on WhatsApp.

 

4.      What is the estimated delivery time?

 

·         The estimated delivery time is within 1 to 5 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

·         If you are ordering during any sale rush times or rush hours, such as during the festival seasons or school opening seasons, the dispatches may be a bit delayed due to increased volumes, but our team will try to dispatch all the orders within 5 business days of the order date.

 

5.      Are there any shipping charges with my order?

·         There will be charges subjected to market and region

·         All charges will be included in product pricing

 

6.      What are the shipping methods offered?

 

·         We currently offer the following shipping options on all pan-India orders:

 

        i.            Standard shipping typically arrives within 3 to 5 business days

      ii.            Expedited shipping – are subjected to market and delivery partner, products typical arise in two business days

    iii.            Overnight shipping – are subjected to market and delivery partner, products typically arrives in one business day

 

7.      Are there any international shipping options available?
