Jazzberry Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

 

At Jazzberry, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience from start to finish. Please read our policies below carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

Can I cancel my order? Yes, you can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped.

How to Cancel:

  1. Log in to your account on Jazzberry Website or App
  2. Go to ‘My Orders’
  3. Select the order you wish to cancel
  4. Click on ‘Cancel Item’
  5. Choose the item(s) and provide a cancellation reason (if prompted)
  6. Confirm the cancellation

Alternatively, you can request cancellation by contacting our customer support team at jazzberrycustomercare@gmail.com with your order details.

Note: Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

2. Return Policy

Are returns allowed? Yes, returns are allowed only if:

  • The product is unused
  • The return request is placed within 24 hours of delivery
  • The product is damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect

Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable, unless damaged in transit:

  • Skincare
  • Haircare
  • Makeup
  • Fragrance products

 

Conditions for Return:

A return may be initiated if:

  • The product was received damaged
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The product is missing essential parts or accessories
  • The product is unused and in original packaging with all tags intact

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product shows signs of use or tampering
  • Any part of the packaging, tags, or accessories is missing
  • The return request is made after 24 hours of receiving the order

All return requests must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery.

How to Return:

  1. Raise a return request through your account on our website or app
  2. You’ll receive confirmation via email/SMS
  3. Our courier partner will schedule a pickup
  4. The product will be inspected before the return is processed

 

Tracking Return Status:

You can track your return/refund status under: My Account > My Orders > View Return/Refund Status

3. Refund Policy

Refund for Cancelled Orders:

  • If cancelled before shipment, refunds will be processed within 24–48 business hours
  • Refunds will be issued to the original source of payment (e.g., card, UPI, net banking)
  • COD orders are not eligible for a pre-dispatch refund as no payment is made at checkout

 

Refund for Returned Orders:

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • For COD orders, refunds are made via NEFT to your bank account

Credit/Debit Card Within 5 working days
UPI / Net Banking Within 5 working days
NEFT (for COD orders) Within 5 working days
Paper Cheque Up to 10 working days

 

Note: We do not offer refunds to wallets or store credit.

4. Failed Delivery / Undelivered Orders

If an order is undeliverable due to incorrect contact details, address, or failure to respond:

  • We will notify you via email or phone
  • You must respond within 48 hours
  • If no response is received, the order will be cancelled, and no compensation will be provided
